On May 12th and 13th, we had the privilege of welcoming a team from NTT DATA to Mas Redortra. NTT DATA is a multinational leader in IT services and consulting, driving digital transformation for major organizations around the world. Over two days filled with activity, nature, and emotion, our space became the setting for a team-building experience designed to strengthen bonds, foster collaboration, and most of all, enjoy a setting that invites people to disconnect in order to reconnect.<\/p>\n

A group of 17 people \u2014 10 of whom stayed across El Paller, La Masoveria, and the Main House \u2014 arrived at Mas Redortra mid-morning, full of enthusiasm and eager to break away from routine. From the very beginning, there was a noticeable open and positive attitude, which proved key in creating a collaborative and friendly environment. The aim of these two days went far beyond a simple work retreat: it was about creating a transformative experience that blended learning, celebration, and personal well-being.<\/p>\n

A first day of focus and celebration<\/h2>\n

The day began with a welcome coffee \u2014 a perfect way to break the ice and energize. This was followed by an initial work session in our Events Room, a cozy and well-equipped space, made possible with the audiovisual support provided by Xevi Festes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.<\/p>\n

After a morning of reflection and idea-sharing, it was time for lunch, served on the terrace by Fog\u00f3n Patag\u00f3nico. The meal, informal and meticulously prepared down to the last detail, offered a varied gastronomic selection, with options to suit all dietary needs \u2014 including vegetarian dishes \u2014 which was greatly appreciated by the attendees.<\/p>\n

The afternoon continued with a more relaxed work session, followed by a break and time to settle into the rooms. But the highlight of the day came in the evening, with a festive dinner accompanied by an open bar and music, which became much more than just a meal \u2014 it was a time of celebration, connection, and shared joy. The night carried on with laughter, spontaneous conversations, and a collective energy that reflected the great harmony among the participants.<\/p>\n

A second day focused on well-being and innovation<\/h2>\n

Tuesday morning began in a calm and mindful way, with an outdoor yoga session led by Maite and Mireia from Yoga at Work. This moment of physical and mental wellness helped the group start the day with an open, centered, and serene mindset \u2014 the perfect foundation for the activities to come.<\/p>\n

After a healthy buffet breakfast, also served outdoors to enjoy the natural setting, the group took part in the \u201cDigital Sync\u201d activity, a dynamic designed by Cripthos to test creativity, communication, and team cohesion. Using an innovative and highly participatory methodology, participants collaborated, laughed, and discovered new ways to connect beyond their usual roles.<\/p>\n

The day concluded with a final lunch on the terrace \u2014 a shared moment filled with satisfaction, gratitude, and the clear sense of having lived a truly unique experience. Informal conversations and knowing smiles made it evident that the goal had been more than achieved: the team left feeling stronger, inspired, and newly bonded.<\/p>\n
