Mas Redortra is located in the surroundings of Sant Pere de Torelló, a small municipality in the region of Osona, less than an hour from Barcelona. Its event halls and over 60,000 m² of outdoor spaces and gardens, combined with accommodation space for up to 24 people, create a place for filming in the midst of nature.

The rental of the estate for shootings and filmings includes the free use of all spaces, buildings, gardens, and event halls of Mas Redortra, including the interior spaces of the main farmhouse, as well as its rooms and lounges. Additionally, it is also possible to use the large events hall with a capacity for up to 200 people, a stone and wood construction from the last century. The rental also includes the use of gardens, outdoor spaces, pool, lake, stables, riding track, and horse enclosures.
Gardens and outdoor spaces: the estate has 6 hectares of fenced and private gardens with weekly gardening maintenance. The space includes the constructions of the farmhouse, a small natural lake, and a pool. In addition to these 6 hectares of private gardens, the estate has a total of 100 hectares of forests, meadows, and mountains, including horse stables, a riding track, and an extension of beech and oak forests with outstanding landscape value. These extend from 600 to 1200 meters in altitude, culminating in the Sanctuary of Bellmunt, a place of outstanding heritage value in the area.
Farmhouse spaces: the constructions are divided into different modules. On the one hand, the main farmhouse from the 15th century, of large dimensions and impeccable state of conservation, with large stone walls and high ceilings of solid oak wood. Attached to this are two annex modules: a recovered old barn and a classic farmhouse following the traditional style of classic Catalan farmhouses. Additionally, these spaces are arranged around a square, with exceptional views of Montseny and the plain of Vic, as well as around a threshing floor, which was the old place where wheat was threshed and prepared. Additionally, the estate has an annex construction from the last century in the form of a traditional agricultural warehouse with stone walls and wooden ceilings. This has recently been recovered to be transformed into a large events hall for events, shootings, and celebrations of up to 200 people, as well as a classic lounge with Renaissance-style furniture over 200 years old.
The estate has a housekeeper who is available throughout the filming event, as well as subsequent team meetings, accommodation, and previous material reception events. This person is available for any issues or needs that may arise and will ensure that all facilities are in perfect cleanliness condition for both the filming event and the team personnel.
The main farmhouse and the house of the old barn appear in ancient historical texts, dating back to the 15th century. It is believed that the masoveria was built later, as were the rest of the buildings, warehouses, and porches that were built during the last century, following the classic standards of traditional Catalan farmhouses.
As for the area of stables and horse enclosures, these are constructions between 20 and 30 years old with excellent maintenance and conservation.
Yes, the farmhouse offers catering service for film crews, and we adapt to all teams and their sizes, from small groups for simple sessions to large productions of up to 200 people. Additionally, the estate has 9 double and triple rooms available for individual use by the film crew.

Yes, we have a high-performance wifi service that connects via satellite. Due to the thickness of the walls of the estate, it is a mobile device that allows quick and secure connection from any point on the property, ensuring total connectivity to enable both telecommuting activities and downloading and sending files.
The entire estate has lighting that highlights the architectural heritage and outdoor spaces while respecting the landscape. In the case of outdoor events or recordings, we have garlands with bulbs that decorate and create an exceptional atmosphere in the areas of the threshing floor and the square, as well as large spotlights for lighting access and parking areas.
The estate has a high-capacity electrical power prepared for large events of up to 300 people with a 12 kW three-phase electricity system.
In some cases, the wardrobe and makeup team access the estate with their own caravan or van. Due to the ease of access with vehicles of all sizes to the estate’s spaces, it is possible to transport a large-sized team without any problems to all the accesses of the farmhouse and adjacent buildings.
If you want to adapt any of the spaces for the wardrobe and makeup team, it is also possible to do so by adapting spaces for services and equipment or some of the classic stone cottages distributed throughout the outdoor areas of the estate.
The estate is located about a little over a kilometer from the town of Sant Pere de Torelló and is accessed by a well-maintained asphalt road. It is possible to make noise without interfering in the activity of the municipality and the neighbors, always requesting permits in the case of intensive activities of large dimensions that may disturb the tranquility of the rural environment.
Yes, Mas Redortra has a large parking area with space for up to 150 vehicles, including buses and large vans. It is a parking area adjacent to the main buildings of the estate, with good accessibility conditions for all types of guests or participants.
In addition, it is possible to access the estate’s premises up to the entrance of each of the farmhouse’s buildings with large vans and trucks, so that recording material, lights, and sound, as well as props and furniture, can be unloaded at the building’s doorstep.
