Holiday Villa for Team Building in Spain

The accommodation on the estate is divided into three modules that can accommodate up to 24 people: La Masía Redortra, the house of the old barn, and the farmworker’s house. In total, we have 9 double rooms with the possibility of single use.

The main farmhouse has 4 rooms, 3 of which have double beds and one has two bunk beds. In this house, two additional places with extra beds can be added. In the old barn house, there are 2 triple rooms with one double and one single bed, and a room with a double bed to which an extra bed can be added. The farmworker’s house has one room with a double bed and one with two single beds.

Mas Redortra has an outdoor dining area with barbecue for up to 24 people and two celebration halls for meetings and gatherings: the classic hall with a capacity for up to 30 people and the main hall with a capacity for up to 150 people to hold meetings, congresses, and team building sessions with more guests. The halls are cool in summer and have heating in winter.

In addition, we have outdoor gardens where Team Building activities and recreational activities of all kinds can be carried out, including a fantastic swimming pool and a barbecue.

The Mas Redortra estate offers for the celebration of team building sessions 9 double rooms with the option of single use divided into three independent modules, with a maximum capacity of 24 people: The Main House has a capacity for up to 11 people, the old barn house can accommodate 9 guests, and the Farmworker’s House up to 4 people.

Outdoor activities that take advantage of all the gardens and outdoor spaces of the estate, such as the swimming pool, barbecue, lake, and chicken coop, are allowed and highly recommended…

You can request from our event organization team all the necessary information to plan a tailor-made team building meeting in a rural farmhouse, connecting with nature and enjoying the incredible views of the Osona region, the plains of Vic, and the Montseny.

Throughout the duration of the team building, we adapt all kinds of activities to the group’s needs, from organizing catering and coffee breaks to adjusting your schedule and timings.

In case you want us to organize customized extra activities for team building and leisure breaks for attendees, we have a professional collaborator with many years of experience on the estate, with a long track record in organizing events for companies.

We have sound equipment, microphone, and whiteboard, as well as the option to use a projector and screens for presentations and team building activities.

Additionally, we have all the necessary furniture, both for small meetings and large events.

Throughout the entire Team Building event, there will be a person from the estate at your disposal to address any needs that may arise, as well as to ensure that the entire event runs smoothly. If you come to Mas Redortra by private transport:

The access to the estate is in excellent condition for both private vehicles and buses, with impeccable maintenance and parking for both small groups and large events.

The parking lot has nighttime lighting for the total safety of vehicles and occupants and is located just a few meters from the estate’s entrance with access enabled for people with disabilities.

Collective transportation:

For larger events or congresses, we provide parking in the adjacent field, located just a few meters from the estate’s entrance, allowing you to enjoy the estate’s spaces without the interference of vehicles and buses.

It is a lit and wheelchair-accessible space.

Arriving at the estate by public transport:

If you wish to travel to Mas Redortra by public transport, you have good train connections to Torelló station, from where we can organize a transport service of just five minutes to reach the estate with complete peace of mind.

The estate offers numerous spaces and routes for both strength and cardio workouts.

Undoubtedly, the flagship activity of the estate is the emblematic excursion to the Sanctuary of Bellmunt, with a slope of 600 meters and a total approximate distance of between 5 and 6 kilometers. It is a very easy, simple, and straightforward route, extremely popular in the area.

Additionally, the estate has a pool where activities can be carried out and where one can spend a pleasant time enjoying the sun and the incredible views that Mas Redortra offers.

From the estate, there is also easy access to a climbing area with marked routes and easy difficulty levels for all skill levels.

The pool is freely available for guests of Mas Redortra. It is available throughout the year and is ready every morning for use, both in the summer and winter seasons.

The pool is available for free use 24 hours a day. However, we always indicate the hours when maintenance tasks are being carried out, which we try to schedule during low occupancy hours. Nevertheless, it is important to remember that the pool does not have surveillance, and for this reason, it is located at a prudent distance from the accommodations.

For safety reasons, access to the pool area of Mas Redortra with glass cups is not allowed. The use of towels from the accommodations in the pool area is also not permitted. We provide pool towels that you can rent if needed. The use of soaps or gels in the pool is also not allowed, as we follow strict sustainability criteria in its maintenance.

Certainly. In fact, not only is it possible to arrange visits, but it is highly recommended to take care of every detail to perfection and to achieve magnificent team building sessions.

Our farmhouse keeper is available throughout the week and on weekends, when the accommodation is not occupied, to welcome you and show you both the accommodation and the outdoor spaces, and to inform you about all the options and details. You just need to call the contact phone number to arrange a pre-visit without obligation before or after making the reservation.

For small events, a 30-day cancellation policy is established, similar to conventional accommodation. In the case of large events that require planning and dedication from the very beginning by the Mas Redortra team and are organized several months in advance, a 30% payment is required at the time of booking, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

However, all amounts paid are never lost, and in case of cancellation, it is possible to change the dates without any penalty as long as there is availability.

Yes, it is possible to have exclusive usage by contracting the entire accommodation.

The usual schedule for hosting team building events with supervision and support from our farmhouse keeper is from 07:00 in the morning until 19:00 in the evening, which are standard office hours. However, if you wish to organize nighttime activities, it is possible to customize it with the event coordination team.

Mas Redortra offers shopping with home delivery. Additionally, you can place orders in advance, and the team will receive them so that you can find them in the accommodations upon your arrival.

Furthermore, a few kilometers from the estate, you can find the town of Torelló, with large stores and small local shops where you can shop during your visit.
