Pets are welcome at the Mas Restorra estate, but there are some exceptions that should be considered.
The Masia Redortra and the Casa Paller preserve a traditional style after their integral reform carried out in 2002 and 2019, so the interiors and floors of the two accommodations are made of natural wood without any treatment, in addition to having carpets. To preserve these materials and the essence of the farm, as well as maintain strict hygiene standards, pets are not allowed in the Masia Redortra or in the Casa Paller.However, pets are allowed in the Masoveria house where the floors are ceramic.

Even taking into account these conditions, in Mas Redortra we know that it is difficult to plan a long-term vacation without taking our pets with us, for this reason, we have exceptions for stays of more than a week.Do not hesitate to contact us if this is the case.

Farm accommodation with animals

Beyond pets, in our dog friendly accommodation with private pool we have several farm animals in their respective enclosures, for this reason, it is necessary that pets are always supervised by their owners during walks on the grounds of the farm and make use of a leash.
In the upper area of the Masia de Mas Redortra you can visit the classic fenced wooden chicken coop in which 10 laying hens live. In addition to chickens, on the grounds of the farm, you can find cows and horses, which move from location depending on the time of year and the availability of pasture in the meadows.
Even being inside a fence, it is important to respect the tranquility of these animals and be careful with the electrical wiring that closes the different fields, even if it is not dangerous, it can cause unpleasant discharges when touched.

It is important to bear in mind that different guests can stay on the farm and for this reason, it is not allowed to leave pets free outside the private area of each of the houses.

Nature is an ideal environment for pets, especially those who are used to living in urban environments, as they discover and reconnect with their natural instincts. Thus, pets are often the perfect companion for a small excursion or walk around the farm.
A classic and very accessible excursion for pets is the climb to the Sanctuary of Bellmunt, located at 1200 meters high and very close to Mas Redortra, it is a very typical route to do with animals and to enjoy the beech and oak forests of the environment. The access road is simple, it is well indicated and in just over an hour we can travel the 600 meters of unevenness that separate the farm with the top of the mountain, where we can enjoy exceptional views of the Pyrenees and the Montseny.Don’t hesitate to contact us to answer any questions about rural accommodation with pets.

Preguntas frecuentes Mas Redortra

Sí se permiten mascotas en la Casa Masoveria. En la masía Redortra no se permiten mascotas en la casa principal, ya que disponemos de alfombras y suelo natural de madera.

Si, un juego completo por cada habitación está incluido en el alquiler. Además, para estancias largas es posible solicitar cambio de sábanas abonando un pequeño coste adicional.

La hora de entrada es a las 17.00 h y la salida a las 12.00 h
Es posible ampliar estos horarios :
Salida a las 17.00 h el domingo – abonando un 30% adicional
Entrada a las 12.00 h del sábado y salida a las 17.00 h del domingo – abonando un 50% adicional
Para reservas de 2 noches o más con salida domingo o festivo el horario de salida es a las 17.00 h sin coste.
