The weekend of December 13th and 14th, 2024, Mas Redortra hosted the Vyncke team, a technology company specializing in sustainable energy solutions. With a small group of 11 participants, the gathering had a clear objective: to strengthen team cohesion, break away from the routine, and, most importantly, have fun in a relaxed and natural environment.
Friday: arrival, gastronomic tasting, and barbecue dinner
The team arrived on Friday afternoon in three cars and, after getting to know the facilities and settling into their rooms, they began their experience with a tasting of typical products from the Osona region. The company Osona Terra prepared an exquisite tasting with artisanal cured meats, local cheeses, and other gastronomic specialties that delighted the attendees.
With the great atmosphere created during the tasting, the participants decided to have a barbecue dinner taking advantage of Mas Redortra’s barbecue. With impeccable organization, they all took part in preparing the dinner, turning the activity into a moment of camaraderie and fun.
Saturday: breakfast, competition, and nature
The next morning, Fogón Patagónico provided a hearty breakfast to start the day with energy. Mid-morning, the OK Team led the “Desafío Total” activity, an outdoor team-building challenge with tests that tested the participants’ collaboration, skill, and group work abilities. Moments of competition and laughter were abundant, and everyone enjoyed the experience to the fullest.
After lunch, also provided by Fogón Patagónico, the group spent the afternoon on a hike to the Ermita de Bellmunt, where they enjoyed panoramic views of the Plana de Vic and the Vall del Ges. With their minds full of good memories and a shared experience that strengthened their connection as a team, they began the return journey home at 6 p.m.
A weekend to remember
Vyncke’s team-building weekend at Mas Redortra was a complete success: from the gastronomy to the activities, everything contributed to creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere. We thank Vyncke for placing their trust in us, and we look forward to seeing them again soon.
