Last June 7th, Mas Redortra dressed up to host the wedding of Meritxell and Enric. A discreet, sweet and very much in love couple, who knew they wanted to celebrate their big day in a setting that reflected their way of being: simple, authentic and surrounded by nature. The weather was a gift, with a radiant and bright day that accompanied them from the very first moment.
Located in a privileged setting, Mas Redortra became the perfect stage for this love story. Its square, the hall and the outdoor spaces allowed everyone to enjoy each moment in a welcoming atmosphere with views that left everyone amazed. From the arrival of the guests to the last dance, everything flowed with harmony and naturalness.
A ceremony full of magic
Guests began arriving around 12:30 p.m., and the Mas Redortra team made sure everything was ready so they could settle in and start enjoying the day. The ceremony began at 1:00 p.m. in the space chosen by the couple, led by Toni Figueras, who acted both as master of ceremonies and magician. With a fresh and approachable style, he managed to move and make people laugh in equal measure, turning the event into an unforgettable experience.
While Meritxell and Enric took their first photos as a married couple, the guests comfortably moved to the Mas square. There, surrounded by nature and the rural charm of the setting, they were welcomed with a delicious appetizer that kicked off an afternoon full of special moments.
Gastronomy with essence
The gastronomic part was led by chef Santi, from Ca la Teresona in Vic, who brought to Mas Redortra a proposal with roots and authenticity. From the welcome bar to the banquet and the open bar, every detail was designed to surprise and delight the guests with quality, local flavors.
After the appetizer in the square, the celebration moved to the hall, where a main course and desserts were served, adding the sweet touch before the dance. The spaces of Mas Redortra, carefully prepared and adapted for each moment, allowed the celebration to flow naturally and comfortably, so that everyone only had to worry about living and celebrating.
Party and complicity
The first dance took place outdoors, in the square in front of the hall, in an atmosphere that combined rural charm with the excitement of a new beginning. The music was provided by a local DJ from Sant Pere de Torelló, who kept the energy alive and turned the dance floor into a fun space until well into the early hours.
The party had surprising moments, such as the midnight snack with burgers, a candy and donut cart, which thrilled young and old alike. With these details, Meritxell and Enric showed their care in making everyone feel good, extending the party until 2:00 a.m.
An unforgettable farewell
When it was time to put an end to the celebration, some guests left with their own car, but most used the bus service that the couple had arranged so everyone could return with peace of mind and safety. A gesture that reflects the couple’s way of being: thoughtful, attentive, and always thinking of others.
For Mas Redortra, it was an honor to be part of such a special day. Seeing its spaces transformed into the setting of a wedding full of love, magic, gastronomy and party reminds us why we love what we do so much.
