Osona Terra Team Building: Enjoying km0 products

On September 15, 2024, Mas Redortra became the setting for a very special team building event for Osona Terra, the network of agro-food producers from Osona working to highlight local, high-quality products. With a day designed to foster team cohesion and celebrate the gastronomic richness of the region, the experience combined product tastings, sensory games, and a local lunch.

A warm welcome and tasting of the senses

The participants arrived mid-morning, greeted by the Mas Redortra team with a welcome breakfast featuring Osona Terra products: rustic bread with artisanal cured meats, local cheeses, natural juices, and organic coffee.

Next, the main team-building activity began: a guided tasting with games of taste, smell, and texture. With their eyes closed, team members had to identify different ingredients from their own products, describe the sensations they provoked, and discover surprising combinations. This game was a fun and educational way to rediscover the flavors of the land and test the senses.

Corporate photo seession and local lunch

After the tasting, the attendees took advantage of the estate’s spaces for a corporate photo session. Surrounded by nature and with the farmhouse as the backdrop, they captured both individual and group photos, reflecting the spirit of cooperation and passion for the region that defines Osona Terra.

Following that, the group gathered in La Nau, the main event room, where a local lunch prepared with regional products awaited them. The meal included a selection of dishes made with ingredients from Osona Terra’s producers: fresh salads with matured cheeses, traditional roasts, seasonal vegetables, and a variety of artisanal desserts. An authentic tribute to local gastronomy.

Afteernoon relaxation and team cohesion

After lunch, the day continued with a space for relaxation and bonding in the gardens and pool area of the estate. Some team members took the opportunity to rest in the shade, while others continued sharing experiences and ideas for future projects.

To conclude, a small recognition activity took place, where each person could express what they were taking away from the day and highlight the values that make their work in the agro-food sector great.
