Turn the sheet over without anyone falling out. Will they succeed?

From March 10 to 12, 2025, Mas Redortra hosted a group of 11 people from the company Gemu for a special teambuilding event that combined business meetings with a dynamic activity to strengthen team bonds. The group arrived at the estate for a three-day stay, during which they enjoyed a productive work environment, moments of fun, and also relaxation in nature.

Arrival and organization of meetings in a unique space

The group arrived on the morning of March 10 around 10 AM with their own cars. Upon arrival, the Mas Redortra team guided them to their rooms, ensuring that everyone was comfortable and ready to begin their meetings. After settling in, they started the first meeting, which lasted until lunchtime. The space chosen for the meetings was the classic lounge, a cozy and intimate environment, perfect for small groups of 10 to 12 people, ensuring concentration and interaction among team members.

A healthy culinary experience

For breakfast, they hired the catering service of Àngels Catering, which offered a varied and healthy buffet so the group could start the day with energy. The breakfast included fresh and balanced options, adapted to all tastes, ensuring the group felt prepared for the day’s meetings.

At lunchtime, the group enjoyed a healthy and balanced menu, also provided by Àngels Catering. The dishes were light yet nutritious, perfect for maintaining energy throughout the intense workday. The meal was served in a relaxed atmosphere, and the group took the opportunity to rest before continuing with the afternoon meetings.

Meetings and barbecue: an authentic dinner

After an afternoon of meetings in the classic lounge, they wrapped up the day at 8 PM. They decided to manage dinner on their own, taking advantage of the barbecue in the plaza, where they could prepare a delicious grilled meal. The barbecue was the perfect activity to close the day of meetings, creating a relaxed atmosphere where team members could unwind, share anecdotes, and enjoy good company in a peaceful and natural setting.

Teambuilding activity: Team CSI Cluedo

The second day began with more meetings early in the morning, but the afternoon was reserved for a very special activity. At 4 PM, the group participated in the teambuilding activity “Team CSI Cluedo,” organized by OkTeam. This scavenger hunt involved a series of tests and questions that participants had to solve as a team to uncover a mystery. The activity was designed to strengthen leadership, communication among team members, and, at the same time, provide a good dose of fun. The group thoroughly enjoyed the challenge, working together to solve the riddles and bonding more as a team.

A relaxing end

The final day, March 12, began with the last meeting in the morning. At noon, they enjoyed another healthy lunch provided by Àngels Catering, and spent the afternoon relaxing before leaving. Some members of the group went to the pool to enjoy the nice weather, while others took a stroll through the vast gardens of Mas Redortra, enjoying the tranquility and natural beauty of the surroundings. Around 4 PM to 5 PM, the group began packing up and left for home, grateful for the moments shared and the time spent together.

Final evaluation

The members of the Gemu team highlighted the quality of the accommodation and the facilities provided during their stay, especially in the audiovisual field, thanks to Xevi Festes, who ensured that the meetings were conducted with the best technological tools. They also highly appreciated the work of Àngels Catering, both for the meal service and for the flavor and balance of the dishes. The combination of work, activity, and moments of relaxation made this teambuilding a very complete experience, allowing the group to strengthen their bonds and return to their tasks with renewed energy.
