On October 11th, 2024, Mas Redortra had the pleasure of hosting a team-building day for Haufe, a company committed to fostering growth and cohesion among its team. With a total of 48 participants, the goal of the event was to strengthen bonds between colleagues, break away from the daily routine, and enjoy a unique day surrounded by nature and a great atmosphere.
An active morning: a variety of activities for all tastes
From early in the morning, the group split into three different activities to suit the diverse interests of the participants. The more adventurous enjoyed a lively Bubble Ball competition organized by Divermax, where laughter and strategies to stay balanced took center stage. Meanwhile, most of the group chose to go on a hiking route to the Bellmunt Sanctuary, guided by Toni Serra, our local expert. The hike offered breathtaking views and peaceful moments in nature.
For those who preferred a more relaxing day, the estate became the perfect spot to unwind by the pool, stroll through the gardens, and take in the tranquility of the surroundings. With sunny weather on their side, the experience felt like pure luxury.
A barbecue to remember
Lunch was one of the most anticipated moments of the day. Fogón Patagónico prepared a delicious barbecue with two options: one for meat lovers and another for vegetarians, ensuring everyone could enjoy a customized, tasty meal. Additionally, the company Anna Paraments provided the necessary tableware and linens for the occasion.
An afternoon of fun and good vibes
After lunch, free time allowed participants to continue enjoying the surroundings and their colleagues’ company. Some wandered through the gardens or played impromptu football matches—a classic that never fails. Others joined in on a karaoke session filled with music and laughter. To top it all off, an open bar was available for those who wanted to toast to an unforgettable day.
A farewell with the desire to return
As evening fell, a bus arrived to take the group back, closing out a day full of emotions, camaraderie, and fun. The cheerful atmosphere and strong sense of connection among participants made it clear the event had been a complete success.
