On September 28, 2024, Mas Redortra hosted a team-building day organized by Lyl Ingeniería, a company dedicated to engineering and innovation. With a group of 18 participants, the team experienced a day full of laughter, great food, and outdoor activities.
Paella contest: healthy competition!
The main activity of the day was a paella contest. The participants were divided into teams and, between jokes and competition, they tested their culinary skills to prepare the best paella. The relaxed atmosphere and the fun attitude of the group made the activity a success.
Relaxation and nature: pool, hammocks, and Bellmunt
After enjoying a good lunch, some relaxed by the pool or lay in the hammocks with a gin and tonic in hand, while others took the opportunity to explore the surroundings.
In the afternoon, Toni, our local guide, led the team on a hike to the Bellmunt Sanctuary. Some made it to the top, while others preferred to stay halfway, enjoying the landscape and the peace of the forest. As it got dark, they had to turn on their flashlights to find the colleagues still at the highest point. To ease the return, some were picked up by car.
Music, football and gin tonics to close the day
Back at the estate, the group continued enjoying the evening with music and improvised football matches. Marc surprised them with cocktails and gin tonics, which they enjoyed comfortably from the hammocks, extending the evening longer than expected.
A difficult farewell… but eager to return!
The festive atmosphere and good vibes between the participants made the farewell last longer. No one was in a rush to leave, a clear sign that the team-building event had been a huge success!
